How to Find Peace in Uncertain Times

I find this a great time to focus on my healthy habits. Here are my top 7.

1. Ease into the day.

I like to allow my body and mind to wake prior to jumping up.

2. Let the light in 🌞 by opening blinds and curtains

3. Sit by a window without media, and while sipping your coffee of tea think of items to be great full for.

4. Choose something that helps to relieve stress. I like to take a leisurely walk 🚶🏼‍♀️.

5. Pray or use a positive mantra throughout the day.

6. Drink water, eat healthy and get sleep.

7. Wear your favorite comfy item or wrap in a soft blanket.
